Well the day has come that I cannot wear my wetsuit anymore! The 15 extra pounds are making it impossible to BREATHE while wearing it! It was tight last year! I will look forward to buying a new suit next year.Life as usual: if pregnant is usual?! I am feeling a TON better! The nausea is gone and the energy is pretty much back. I am 24 weeks pregnant.
My work schedule includes teaching circuit classes, senior's fitness classes and an early riser fitness class. I am having fun teaching. I am decked out in my sponsor gear: TYR hat, socks, NB, shoes tights and uniform top.
Sponsors: "What Have I Done For You Lately? Recommending Snow Covers for bike tune ups and bike purchases & North Shore Athletics for shoes, wetsuits and googles. Advertising NB, TYR, North Shore Athletics by wearing their clothes while I teach and workout.
I am coaching runners and triathletes. I am really appreciating following their progress and planning their programs. They are so dedicated it is inspiring. One of my athletes is gearing up for Ironman Canada at the end of August and my runners are training for half marathons this fall.
I am still working out. Running, swimming, biking and weight training about twice a week each. Working out is different then training! It is significantly easier. Although the motivation is not quite the same. I am enjoying exercising and socialising more as opposed to monitoring every training session and being focused on racing.
I have a new selection of clothes with BIG waist bands and roomy shirts. Thank goodness for maternity clothes. They are very comforatble not to mention the fact that my regular clothes make me feel fat, not pregnant. The maternity clothes make me look and feel pregnant. Being pregnant really makes you feel like a girl; all curvy.
Well that is all for now
Keep tri'ng
